Farm Fresh Cuisine: Executive Chef Jerry Villa believes in incredible, fresh ingredients prepared simply. Over 90 percent of the ingredients used in Stone House’s kitchen are from the local area. You can really taste the difference. Your salad greens may have been harvested minutes before it’s on your plate because it comes from Stone House’s on-site Dancing Goat Farm, which grows vegetables and herbs hand-cultivated by our staff with organic growing practices. The restaurant works with Zone 7, a company that distributes food from farms in New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania to area businesses. When you dine at Stone House, you will be served a selection of the freshest ingredients, which may be small-batch beef or goat cheese from a Central New Jersey creamery. Restaurant manager Amy LaRochelle has a devoted following for her mixology skills, carefully cultivated wine pairings and original vodka infusions using local ingredients.
